Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jürgen Kronenberg kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, FC Black Sea 61's Bernd Neuss got control of the ball when Jascha Faber tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kickers Lintfort's Mattias Froehlich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jürgen Kronenberg in the 4th minute of play. Jürgen Kronenberg scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mattias Froehlich, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Black Sea 61's Christian Stober quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Simon Knopf, made in the 10th minute of the game. Christian Stober fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattias Froehlich having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jürgen Kronenberg in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mattias Froehlich saved Kickers Lintfort from getting behind. Arne Vollander struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Mattias Froehlich didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Black Sea 61. Bernd Neuss didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 16th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. After 19 minutes, Sebastian Danczyk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kickers Lintfort and the FC Black Sea 61 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 20 played minutes Kickers Lintfort got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Danczyk. The audience was convinced that Jürgen Kronenberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mattias Froehlich was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. 25 minutes into the match, Kickers Lintfort's goal looked a bit too open when Jürgen Kronenberg came free, but Mattias Froehlich reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Jascha Faber had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernd Neuss. FC Black Sea 61's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jascha Faber was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The supporters of FC Black Sea 61 booed when Kickers Lintfort was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jascha Faber didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kickers Lintfort's Mattias Froehlich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Amsteinler in the 35th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Jascha Faber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute, Jürgen Kronenberg made a precise shot to the right of Mattias Froehlich. Kickers Lintfort's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. In the 43rd minute, Louis Michel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernd Neuss was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manfred Manzewski to make the kick off. Jürgen Kronenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastian Danczyk was shown his second yellow card after 58 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 59th minute, Sebastian Danczyk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute, Jürgen Kronenberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Black Sea 61's Arne Vollander got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfred Manzewski in the 63rd minute of play forced FC Black Sea 61's goalkeeper Bernd Neuss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernd Neuss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Louis Michel in the 66th minute of the match. Louis Michel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Arne Vollander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximilian Beutel's late challenge caught a FC Black Sea 61's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maximilian Beutel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 81st minute, Maximilian Beutel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Mattias Froehlich managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when FC Black Sea 61's Jürgen Kronenberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mattias Froehlich made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jürgen Kronenberg in the 90th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Arne Vollander managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Black Sea 61's supporters rose to their feet, but Arne Vollander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mattias Froehlich breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 93 minutes into the match, Jürgen Kronenberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mattias Froehlich, 3-4. FC Black Sea 61's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
