Christian Stober's late challenge caught a Schwaben's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christian Stober helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th match minute, FC Black Sea 61 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Stober to maneuver through the defense. FC Black Sea 61's Bernd Neuss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kester Schilling in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st match minute, FC Black Sea 61 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klaudius Neuber to maneuver through the defense. Arne Vollander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gerd Schwering showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arne Vollander in the 24th minute of the match. After 27 played minutes Schwaben got a freekick which was hit by Laslo Finkenzeller. FC Black Sea 61's attentive Christian Stober managed to snatch the ball when Konrad Wittwer made a throw-in in the 31st minute of the game. With his leg Gerd Schwering managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when FC Black Sea 61's Jürgen Kronenberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Schwaben's Baldo Dulson got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Eicke Stöckle didn't quite understand what happened when in the 35 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Jürgen Kronenberg got in the 38th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Gerd Schwering handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Schwaben's zone, Arne Vollander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerd Schwering came out of the goal and Arne Vollander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernd Neuss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Redda in the 42nd minute of play. The supporters of FC Black Sea 61 booed when Schwaben was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laslo Finkenzeller didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute, Jürgen Kronenberg fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gerd Schwering, passed just outside the right post. In the 47th minute Kester Schilling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernd Neuss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Jürgen Kronenberg made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Schwaben's zone, Jürgen Kronenberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerd Schwering came out of the goal and Jürgen Kronenberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Laslo Finkenzeller kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Schwaben's goal looked a bit too open when Jürgen Kronenberg came free, but Gerd Schwering reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerd Schwering made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jürgen Kronenberg in the 64th minute of play. Kester Schilling could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Bernd Neuss made a huge save. In the 74th minute, Jürgen Kronenberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Jürgen Kronenberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Schwaben's Ty Bensch shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 86th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Bernd Neuss but with some difficulty. 89 minutes into the match, Alexander Amsteinler had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gerd Schwering. Schwaben's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexander Amsteinler was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 95 minutes into the game, FC Black Sea 61's Jürgen Kronenberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gerd Schwering made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. There was no doubt that FC Black Sea 61 were the better team. FC Black Sea 61's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
