In the 2nd minute, Adalbert Schöpper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gerd Schwering made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kilian Käpernick in the 8th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kilian Käpernick got free with Gerd Schwering in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kester Schilling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serge Pohl having to interfere. Kaspar Schulte's late challenge caught a Fc Satrup Phantom's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kaspar Schulte helped the player get up and apologised. Kaspar Schulte kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. With his leg Gerd Schwering managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Fc Satrup Phantom's Kilian Käpernick fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. David Morgenroth charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Morgenroth the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. David Morgenroth hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Satrup Phantom's zone, Kaspar Schulte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serge Pohl came out of the goal and Kaspar Schulte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Serge Pohl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaspar Schulte, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After 30 minutes, Tarkan Kretschmann mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Schwaben and the Fc Satrup Phantom players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Schwaben's Tarkan Kretschmann got a free kick in the 30th minute. Serge Pohl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kester Schilling in the 34th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Schwaben's zone, Kilian Käpernick stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerd Schwering came out of the goal and Kilian Käpernick tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kester Schilling's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Serge Pohl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. If Kaspar Schulte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serge Pohl came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Schwaben's Jonathan Redda. But to his dismay, Jonathan Redda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Schwaben's Kaspar Schulte got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jaromir Asad made a kick off. Kester Schilling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serge Pohl having to interfere. If Jaromir Asad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th match minute, Schwaben was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tarkan Kretschmann to maneuver through the defense. After 60 played minutes, Fc Satrup Phantom's Hagen Meis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gerd Schwering came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fc Satrup Phantom reached it. 62 minutes into the match, Kilian Käpernick notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Schwaben's Gerd Schwering. Gerd Schwering was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 67 minutes into the match, Fc Satrup Phantom's goal looked a bit too open when Kaspar Schulte came free, but Serge Pohl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kilian Käpernick struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Gerd Schwering didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fc Satrup Phantom. In the 68th match minute, Schwaben was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Redda to maneuver through the defense. Gerd Schwering made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaromir Asad in the 69th minute of play. Kaspar Schulte was extremely unlucky when he, in the 73rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Jaromir Asad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fc Satrup Phantom's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaromir Asad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerd Schwering breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Serge Pohl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaspar Schulte in the 83rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kilian Käpernick in the 88th minute of play forced Schwaben's goalkeeper Gerd Schwering to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Schwaben's Jonathan Redda got a free kick in the 90th minute. Gerd Schwering took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaromir Asad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
