FC Jamo getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Jens Roth hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the match, Tilmann Rostock notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of 1. FC Jamo's Timotheus Gerharz. Timotheus Gerharz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Jens Roth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harold Frentzen charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Harold Frentzen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th minute, Harold Frentzen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Starbulls Rosenheim's Ennio Strengmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wayne Döring in the 22nd minute of play. Jens Roth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ennio Strengmann having to interfere. After 24th play minutes Jens Roth shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Ennio Strengmann and just under the crossbar into goal. Ronnie Naber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the game, Starbulls Rosenheim's Tilmann Rostock nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Timotheus Gerharz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 1. FC Jamo's attentive Marlon Kellner managed to snatch the ball when Simon Anmerker made a throw-in in the 40th minute of the game. 46 minutes into the match, 1. FC Jamo's goal looked a bit too open when Korbinian Zeiler came free, but Timotheus Gerharz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After having played for 52 minutes, Hans-Jürgen Strohfeldt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 1. FC Jamo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hans-Jürgen Strohfeldt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 61st minute, 1. FC Jamo's Fritz Glasser seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Fritz Glasser the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of 1. FC Jamo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fritz Glasser had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 61 minutes into the game, one of 1. FC Jamo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Timotheus Gerharz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tilmann Rostock, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Harold Frentzen took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Timotheus Gerharz. Timotheus Gerharz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Jakob Bostock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th match minute, 1. FC Jamo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raik Große Verspohl to maneuver through the defense. Timotheus Gerharz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Korbinian Zeiler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Starbulls Rosenheim were victorious despite being under pressure from 1. FC Jamo for much of the match.
