Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the game, George Petrick recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Timotheus Gerharz. George Petrick showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Timotheus Gerharz made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Alban Kanzleiter sent off a good shot on target. In the 12th minute, Alban Kanzleiter left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Huxel FSV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Alban Kanzleiter who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Timotheus Gerharz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Demitter in the 17th minute of play forced 1. FC Jamo's goalkeeper Timotheus Gerharz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Wayne Döring had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guntram Steinberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthony Göbel in the 23rd minute of play. When Curt Leßing fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Huxel FSV's protests and gave Curt Leßing a yellow card for diving instead. Curt Leßing hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Jens Roth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 1. FC Jamo's Timotheus Gerharz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Petrick in the 29th minute of play. The supporters of 1. FC Jamo booed when Huxel FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alban Kanzleiter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anthony Göbel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guntram Steinberg having to interfere. With a little luck, 1. FC Jamo's Timotheus Gerharz got control of the ball when Edzard Pajewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Jens Roth cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Guntram Steinberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Anthony Göbel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 46 played minutes 1. FC Jamo got a freekick which was hit by Jens Roth. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Anthony Göbel made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, 1. FC Jamo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fritz Glasser to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Karsten Peitsch managed to get in a good position for a shot. Huxel FSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Karsten Peitsch was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Timotheus Gerharz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Huxel FSV's Guntram Steinberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthony Göbel in the 55th minute of play. Ronnie Naber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guntram Steinberg having to interfere. Timotheus Gerharz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Demitter in the 60th minute of the match. George Petrick took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Timotheus Gerharz. Timotheus Gerharz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 1. FC Jamo's Timotheus Gerharz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edzard Pajewski in the 64th minute of play. Anthony Göbel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Guntram Steinberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Huxel FSV fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty!
