After a defensive mix-up in Großaga FC's zone, Ignatius Kessen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fredi Feinbier came out of the goal and Ignatius Kessen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gerold Hähle during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gerold Hähle hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. When Football Club Leon's Ulryk Piatek in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ulryk Piatek to make the kick off. Fredi Feinbier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulryk Piatek, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After having played for 53 minutes, Tymoteusz Chazon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Football Club Leon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tymoteusz Chazon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cezary Jeziorkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fredi Feinbier having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfried Roth in the 57th minute of play forced Football Club Leon's goalkeeper Daniel Heinrich to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Großaga FC were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Football Club Leon's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wilfried Roth took the corner. Großaga FC's Fredi Feinbier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezary Jeziorkowski in the 60th minute of play. The supporters of Football Club Leon booed when Großaga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fox Schilling didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ignatius Kessen took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fredi Feinbier. Fredi Feinbier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulryk Piatek in the 84th minute of play forced Großaga FC's goalkeeper Fredi Feinbier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Football Club Leon getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Ignatius Kessen hit a great ball. Football Club Leon made a substitution. Anton Sempert replaced Cezary Jeziorkowski. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Football Club Leon fully deserved thier win.
