Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hemmo Bothner took the kick off in the first half of the match. Arko Lau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hemmo Bothner in the 11th minute of the match. A collision led to Neubrandenburg getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Maximilian Runge hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Küsd's Pepe Brauch got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 15th minute of the match Rainer Maria Volkmann sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christen Ruppmann skillfully saved the ball. In the 21st minute of the match, Julian Sünneke tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Christen Ruppmann saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Rainer Maria Volkmann hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. If Siegfried Tassler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christen Ruppmann was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Julian Sünneke capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Julian Sünneke really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Arko Lau stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hemmo Bothner's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Fritz Rudolf Bankett took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Christen Ruppmann to make any attempt to save it. Maximilian Runge kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hemmo Bothner in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arko Lau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 37 played minutes Neubrandenburg got a freekick which was hit by David Paul. Arko Lau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hemmo Bothner, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Küsd's Hemmo Bothner got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fritz Rudolf Bankett to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Fritz Rudolf Bankett notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Küsd's Christen Ruppmann. Christen Ruppmann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 57 minutes into the match, Küsd's goal looked a bit too open when Bernd Kahlert came free, but Christen Ruppmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christen Ruppmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernd Kahlert in the 57th minute of the match. Hemmo Bothner spun around in front of the goal 62 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Neubrandenburg's goal. Siegfried Tassler came free with the goalkeeper in the 63rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Arko Lau could save by the left post. After 64th play minutes Hemmo Bothner shot 4-3, a short shot which went by Arko Lau and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 67th minute, Georg Menge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Küsd defense, Bernd Kahlert kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christen Ruppmann. The Küsd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christen Ruppmann should have stopped the shot. 75 minutes into the match, Hemmo Bothner dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arko Lau, 5-4. Küsd's Christen Ruppmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fritz Rudolf Bankett in the 78th minute of play. Siegfried Tassler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Arko Lau made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hemmo Bothner got free with Arko Lau in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jens Dugnus kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Küsd's Christen Ruppmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernd Kahlert in the 86th minute of play. Neubrandenburg's Arko Lau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Neubrandenburg from getting a goal against them. 91 minutes into the game, Hemmo Bothner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-5. Arko Lau was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 95 minutes into the game, Aristide Apostel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arko Lau. Aristide Apostel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-6. Küsd's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
