Spectators: 7985 (Terracing: 5990, Seating: 1836, VIP seats: 159) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Wilfried Lohmüller took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Mattis Jurgeleit came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Zonguldakspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mattis Jurgeleit couldn't finish the play. Joachim Frese acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 12th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ludger Abermatt. Puch's Wilfried Lohmüller got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mads Kopitz kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zonguldakspor's goalkeeper Romeo Rudinsky, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Flo Bontz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Rudinsky having to interfere. Zonguldakspor's Mads Kopitz got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 31 minutes into the game, Flo Bontz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Romeo Rudinsky was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Flo Bontz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Rudinsky having to interfere. Zonguldakspor's Pascal Stemmer got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 44 minutes, Gustav Grauslich mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Puch and the Zonguldakspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. Romeo Rudinsky showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flo Bontz, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

If Flo Bontz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Puch's Wilfried Lohmüller got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 56 minutes into the game, Mads Kopitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zonguldakspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Puch the free kick. After a rather tough play, Zonguldakspor's Mads Kopitz got a free kick in the 56th minute. Flo Bontz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Romeo Rudinsky tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Wilfried Lohmüller's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Romeo Rudinsky was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Romeo Rudinsky took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustav Grauslich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flo Bontz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mattis Jurgeleit recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Detlev Olbrich hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute of the match Özgür Ostendorf shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Romeo Rudinsky showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gustav Grauslich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Romeo Rudinsky tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Zonguldakspor's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Flo Bontz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Mattis Jurgeleit recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Zonguldakspor booed when Puch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustav Grauslich didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pascal Stemmer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Puch walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
