When Hanno Schulze came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the SCBeare fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hanno Schulze couldn't finish the play. Wim Roye charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wim Roye the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erhard Labigne in the 38th minute of play forced Baumminator's goalkeeper Asrin Barenz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wim Roye scored 1-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Moritz Popper, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 45th match minute, SCBeare was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hanno Schulze to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Asrin Barenz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Baumminator booed when SCBeare was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leven Knöchel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luca Bade hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Baumminator's Marco Bansemir quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Kay Walter, made in the 64th minute of the game. After having played for 65 minutes, Wim Roye managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baumminator's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wim Roye was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 68th minute, Wim Roye ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Moritz Popper was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. If Wim Roye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the SCBeare defense, Wim Roye kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Moritz Popper. The SCBeare fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Moritz Popper should have stopped the shot. Leven Knöchel kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. The supporters of SCBeare booed when Baumminator was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wim Roye didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eilert Zeil in the 79th minute of play forced Baumminator's goalkeeper Asrin Barenz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 79 minutes of play, SCBeare's Eilert Zeil made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Asrin Barenz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eilert Zeil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SCBeare's Moritz Popper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Roye in the 88th minute of play. Moritz Popper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Roye in the 93rd minute of the match. SCBeare's Lucien Ewers got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 98th minute Lucien Ewers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asrin Barenz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moritz Popper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Roye, who was totally free with the ball in the 100th minute. SCBeare succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Baumminator had controlled the match.
