Moritz Popper didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Polonia Neu-Ulm. Fabian Schumacher hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Erhard Labigne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stephan Dabrock having to interfere. SCBeare's Kay Walter quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Hellmut Tebje, made in the 89th minute of the game. Although Polonia Neu-Ulm had been in control for most of the match, SCBeare still came away with the win.
