Spectators: 7481 (Terracing: 5981, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tim Dietzsch started the match with the kick off. In the 4th match minute, Greven United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Croy to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th minute of the match Hubert Bäätjer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ulfert Bittner showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Haulingort FSV's Fabian Krägelin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tim Dietzsch in the 8th minute of play. After 9 played minutes Haulingort FSV got a freekick which was hit by Christian Gutmann. 12 minutes into the match, Greven United's goal looked a bit too open when Harro Deilmann came free, but Ulfert Bittner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Roman Croy dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fabian Krägelin, 2-0. Helmut Kuschel was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 26th minute. Greven United's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tim Dietzsch in the 28th minute of play forced Haulingort FSV's goalkeeper Fabian Krägelin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roman Croy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Krägelin having to interfere. Roman Croy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Fabian Krägelin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Helmut Kuschel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 36 in the game by Tim Dietzsch from a close distance when the talented Fabian Krägelin managed to make a qualified save. Haulingort FSV's players were relieved. Helmut Kuschel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Fabian Krägelin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Tim Dietzsch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Greven United's Helmut Kuschel got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raoul Ewert struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Ulfert Bittner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Haulingort FSV. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vittorio Spruth in the 45th minute of play forced Haulingort FSV's goalkeeper Fabian Krägelin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Raoul Ewert made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Helmut Kuschel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Greven United's supporters rose to their feet, but Helmut Kuschel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabian Krägelin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Helmut Kuschel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Eberhard Strohfeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabian Krägelin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim Dietzsch, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 61 played minutes Greven United got a freekick which was hit by Roman Croy. Udo Terstappen kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Helmut Kuschel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Krägelin having to interfere. Eberhard Strohfeldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Fabian Krägelin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Helmut Kuschel took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabian Krägelin. Fabian Krägelin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Eberhard Strohfeldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Krägelin having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Haulingort FSV's zone, Harry Ilius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Krägelin came out of the goal and Harry Ilius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Helmut Kuschel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Krägelin having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Tim Dietzsch put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Fabian Krägelin. Harro Deilmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Ulfert Bittner made a huge save. Greven United's Roman Croy got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Hubert Bäätjer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes into the match, Greven United's goal looked a bit too open when Raoul Ewert came free, but Ulfert Bittner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Greven United's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
