Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Anders Kamp got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Vigata getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Ignacio Haney hit a great ball. Lokomotiv USSR's Anders Kamp got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 5 minutes into the game, Frank Gercke was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lokomotiv USSR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vigata the free kick. A collision led to Lokomotiv USSR getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Frank Gercke hit a great ball. After 8 minutes of play, Vigata's Grégory Roy made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olaf Peekhaus was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 17 minutes, Grégory Roy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vigata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Grégory Roy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Lokomotiv USSR's Ole Baur got a free kick in the 18th minute. Ole Baur hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute, Tobias Schinnenburg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the match, Bartolo Pereyra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olaf Peekhaus. Lokomotiv USSR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bartolo Pereyra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Vigata's Desiderio Vidarte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Vigata from getting a goal against them. Olaf Landgraf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Desiderio Vidarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Grégory Roy in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olaf Peekhaus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 39th play minutes Grégory Roy shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Olaf Peekhaus and just under the crossbar into goal. After having played for 42 minutes, Grégory Roy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vigata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Grégory Roy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emilio Papa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 48 minutes into the match, Lokomotiv USSR's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Krings came free, but Olaf Peekhaus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Grégory Roy made a kick off. Olaf Peekhaus was a little too slow when Grégory Roy got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 0-4. Vigata's Peter Fiebig got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 63 minutes into the match, Lokomotiv USSR's goal looked a bit too open when Grégory Roy came free, but Olaf Peekhaus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lokomotiv USSR's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Grégory Roy scored to the left of an out of position Olaf Peekhaus, making the score, 0-5. Matthias W Zellier hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Grégory Roy made a precise shot to the right of Olaf Peekhaus. Lokomotiv USSR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Olaf Peekhaus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grégory Roy in the 76th minute of play. The Vigata fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Vigata's Gabriele Firea looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lokomotiv USSR's Olaf Landgraf got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Krings in the 85th minute of play forced Lokomotiv USSR's goalkeeper Olaf Peekhaus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ole Baur was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 88 minutes had been played. In the 89th match minute, Lokomotiv USSR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ole Baur to maneuver through the defense. Lokomotiv USSR's Olaf Peekhaus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grégory Roy in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Erik Krings left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vigata fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Vigata's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
