Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5875,
Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) Wendelin Nagat started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joseph Verpoort got free with Olaf Peekhaus in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 12th minute, Friedrich von Dreusche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yannik Rechner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olaf Landgraf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 played minutes Härtlingen got a freekick which was hit by Frederico Glücks. Härtlingen's Wendelin Nagat got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wendelin Nagat in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olaf Peekhaus saved Lokomotiv USSR from getting behind. Härtlingen's Yannik Rechner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Landgraf in the 21st minute of play. Frederico Glücks received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Olaf Peekhaus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Lokomotiv USSR's goal looked a bit too open when Wendelin Nagat came free, but Olaf Peekhaus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frederico Glücks could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Olaf Peekhaus made a huge save. Jürg Kreuzer kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Olaf Peekhaus was a little too slow when Abel Rolshausen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 1-0. The supporters of Härtlingen booed when Lokomotiv USSR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olaf Landgraf didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olaf Landgraf in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yannik Rechner saved Härtlingen from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anders Kamp was the one to do the kick off. Ben Kirschner kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Frederico Glücks struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Olaf Peekhaus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Härtlingen. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Joseph Verpoort managed to get in a good position for a shot. Härtlingen's supporters rose to their feet, but Joseph Verpoort was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olaf Peekhaus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute, Wendelin Nagat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 66 minutes into the match, Härtlingen's Wendelin Nagat sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olaf Peekhaus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Joseph Verpoort's late challenge caught a Lokomotiv USSR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joseph Verpoort helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th minute of the match, Olaf Landgraf got a very nice opportunity to score, but Yannik Rechner was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Yannik Rechner came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Lokomotiv USSR's Olaf Landgraf. But to his dismay, Olaf Landgraf quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Olaf Landgraf could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Yannik Rechner made a huge save. If Joseph Verpoort had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jürg Kreuzer kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Lokomotiv USSR's Olaf Peekhaus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joseph Verpoort in the 86th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Anders Kamp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yannik Rechner was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Joseph Verpoort recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Härtlingen players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
