The audience thought a goal was coming when Johannes Esche got free with Cosmo Danczyk in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 29 minutes into the match, Eischeid's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitrios Blanke came free, but Christian Quinkert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cosmo Danczyk was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
