Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Conni Tetzner kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Noah Beinlich had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Beigheşm FC made a substitution. Lukasz Hellriegel replaced Noah Beinlich. The supporters of Karlsruher SC booed when Beigheşm FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primus Heber didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 11 minutes, Conni Tetzner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karlsruher SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conni Tetzner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conni Tetzner in the 16th minute of play forced Beigheşm FC's goalkeeper Benny Leibrandt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karlsruher SC's Eugen Gelb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niko Michallek in the 34th minute of play. Eugen Gelb came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Beigheşm FC's Niko Michallek. But to his dismay, Niko Michallek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conni Tetzner in the 41st minute of play forced Beigheşm FC's goalkeeper Benny Leibrandt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42ndth minute of the game Conni Tetzner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Beigheşm FC's Benny Leibrandt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Beigheşm FC's goalkeeper Benny Leibrandt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Josef Trachsel. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Rolf Patschull kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Benny Leibrandt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conni Tetzner, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The supporters of Karlsruher SC booed when Beigheşm FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niko Michallek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Holger Wohlert kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. A hard shot by Erik Schommer from long distance, 66 minutes into the match, got Eugen Gelb's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Niko Michallek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugen Gelb having to interfere. Beigheşm FC's Benny Leibrandt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conni Tetzner in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Georg Bettinger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72ndth minute of the game Max Dickhoff who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karlsruher SC's Eugen Gelb was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Josef Trachsel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 76 minutes, Eugen Gelb successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 77thth minute of the game Conni Tetzner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Beigheşm FC's Benny Leibrandt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Beigheşm FC's Benny Leibrandt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conni Tetzner in the 79th minute of play. Josef Trachsel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute Conni Tetzner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benny Leibrandt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Conni Tetzner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Benny Leibrandt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
