Philipp Gunselmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Popp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th match minute, Kriebitzsch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toni Weckenmann to maneuver through the defense. Vince Van Halssbeeck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pierre Bähnert, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the game, Kurt Illgner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kesten's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kriebitzsch the free kick. In the 58th minute, Kriebitzsch's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Johannes Popp fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 68 minutes, Toni Weckenmann mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kriebitzsch and the Kesten players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Kriebitzsch getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Toni Weckenmann hit a great ball. When Perikles Windhausen fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kriebitzsch's protests and gave Perikles Windhausen a yellow card for diving instead. Perikles Windhausen hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After 71 played minutes Kriebitzsch got a freekick which was hit by Toni Weckenmann. 73 minutes into the game, Jack Ramsey recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Philipp Gunselmann. Jack Ramsey showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. After a defensive mix-up in Kriebitzsch's zone, Kurt Illgner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Philipp Gunselmann came out of the goal and Kurt Illgner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Philipp Gunselmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Illgner, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stellan Sundling in the 79th minute of play forced Kriebitzsch's goalkeeper Philipp Gunselmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute of the match, Axel Fiedler got a very nice opportunity to score, but Philipp Gunselmann was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Johannes Popp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Philipp Gunselmann made a huge save. 85 minutes into the match, Kriebitzsch's goal looked a bit too open when Stellan Sundling came free, but Philipp Gunselmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Johannes Popp notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Kriebitzsch's Philipp Gunselmann. Philipp Gunselmann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 91 minutes into the match, Pierre Bähnert had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vince Van Halssbeeck. Kesten's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pierre Bähnert was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Vince Van Halssbeeck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre Bähnert in the 94th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierre Bähnert in the 96th minute of play forced Kesten's goalkeeper Vince Van Halssbeeck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
