Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Johannes-Markus Bollen started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes Johannes-Markus Bollen rounded 1. FC Hüls's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 7th minute Loris Bornemann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kjeld Haldenwang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Vicco Rinnerer notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Unterbichl's Kjeld Haldenwang. Kjeld Haldenwang was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Toralf Eichler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Unterbichl's Jesse Merkmann got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute, Loris Bornemann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 1. FC Hüls fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Johannes-Markus Bollen took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Ekkehard Paroth to make any attempt to save it. 21 minutes into the game, 1. FC Hüls's Vicco Rinnerer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kjeld Haldenwang made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicco Rinnerer in the 24th minute of play forced Unterbichl's goalkeeper Kjeld Haldenwang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Toralf Eichler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kjeld Haldenwang read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, 1. The Unterbichl fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kjeld Haldenwang should have stopped the shot. 1. FC Hüls's Loris Bornemann got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kjeld Haldenwang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicco Rinnerer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Unterbichl defense, Vicco Rinnerer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kjeld Haldenwang. The Unterbichl fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kjeld Haldenwang should have stopped the shot. After 43 played minutes Unterbichl got a freekick which was hit by Heimko Wayer. Loris Bornemann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kjeld Haldenwang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicco Rinnerer in the 46th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jesse Merkmann during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of 1. Kjeld Haldenwang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vicco Rinnerer in the 55th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Unterbichl's goalkeeper Kjeld Haldenwang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vicco Rinnerer. In the 61st minute, Vicco Rinnerer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 1. FC Hüls fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-7. When Loris Bornemann came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the 1. FC Hüls fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Loris Bornemann couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Jörg Abd el Farrag managed to get in a good position for a shot. Unterbichl's supporters rose to their feet, but Jörg Abd el Farrag was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ekkehard Paroth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 68th minute, Johannes-Markus Bollen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ekkehard Paroth was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-7. 72 minutes into the match, Unterbichl's goal looked a bit too open when Loris Bornemann came free, but Kjeld Haldenwang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kjeld Haldenwang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicco Rinnerer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Vicco Rinnerer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kjeld Haldenwang made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Toralf Eichler sent off a good shot on target. After 81 played minutes 1. FC Hüls got a freekick which was hit by Toralf Eichler. After a defensive mix-up in Unterbichl's zone, Loris Bornemann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjeld Haldenwang came out of the goal and Loris Bornemann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Johannes-Markus Bollen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ekkehard Paroth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Hauke Engbertz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Unterbichl's Jörg Abd el Farrag tried to score from far away in the 93rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Toralf Eichler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Kjeld Haldenwang made a huge save. When the match was over 1. FC Hüls could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Unterbichl throughout the match.
