Thilo Borgelt came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Borussia Dortmund's 曲风平. But to his dismay, 曲风平 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, 曲风平 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thilo Borgelt. 1.FC Mehlesdorf's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 曲风平 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 1.FC Mehlesdorf's Thilo Borgelt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slavoj Ukrainets in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Borussia Dortmund's Andreas Bar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thilo Borgelt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, Slavoj Ukrainets notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of 1.FC Mehlesdorf's Thilo Borgelt. Thilo Borgelt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 1.FC Mehlesdorf's Thilo Borgelt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Bar in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th minute 曲风平 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thilo Borgelt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pío Daneri took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thilo Borgelt. Thilo Borgelt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Thilo Borgelt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Slavoj Ukrainets in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Pío Daneri made a precise shot to the right of Thilo Borgelt. 1.FC Mehlesdorf's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. 36 minutes into the match, 1.FC Mehlesdorf's goal looked a bit too open when Slavoj Ukrainets came free, but Thilo Borgelt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thilo Borgelt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 曲风平, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 43rd minute, Pío Daneri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Borussia Dortmund booed when 1.FC Mehlesdorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hanns Mall didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thilo Borgelt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 55th minute, 曲风平 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thilo Borgelt was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. 曲风平 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thilo Borgelt having to interfere. Thilo Borgelt yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Hanns Mall kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slavoj Ukrainets in the 71st minute of play forced 1.FC Mehlesdorf's goalkeeper Thilo Borgelt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the match, 1.FC Mehlesdorf's goalkeeper Thilo Borgelt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 曲风平. Thilo Borgelt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Slavoj Ukrainets, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Borussia Dortmund's Slavoj Ukrainets slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Thilo Borgelt. That made the score 0-9 after 86 minutes of play. 89 minutes into the game, Gunther Polder cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-9. Hubert Päßler was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 94 minutes into the match, 1.FC Mehlesdorf's goalkeeper Thilo Borgelt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 曲风平. 1-10 became the score in the 96th minute when Slavoj Ukrainets elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The 1.FC Mehlesdorf fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Borussia Dortmund were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
