An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunther Polder in the 4th minute of play forced Fc Arndissimo's goalkeeper Gerrit Kranz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Joachim Malsch made a precise shot to the right of Thilo Borgelt. 1.FC Mehlesdorf's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskar Branke in the 19th minute of play forced 1.FC Mehlesdorf's goalkeeper Thilo Borgelt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gunther Polder came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the 1.FC Mehlesdorf fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gunther Polder couldn't finish the play. After 24 minutes, Albert Scheepers mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fc Arndissimo and the 1.FC Mehlesdorf players grew even worse after the yellow card. Istvan Heimhold, 25 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Robert Möllmann fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 1.FC Mehlesdorf's protests and gave Robert Möllmann a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd match minute, 1.FC Mehlesdorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Möllmann to maneuver through the defense. After 35 played minutes, Fc Arndissimo's Gerhart Hegekötter shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Thilo Borgelt came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fc Arndissimo reached it. Gunther Polder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Gerrit Kranz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Albert Scheepers kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Thilo Borgelt. That made the score 3-0 in the 39 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Oskar Branke took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Thilo Borgelt to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The wind increased when Gunther Polder made the kick off in the second half. Zwi Ebbing struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Gerrit Kranz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 1.FC Mehlesdorf. In the 70th minute, Gunther Polder reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gerrit Kranz. The goal made the score 4-1. When Joachim Malsch came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Fc Arndissimo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joachim Malsch couldn't finish the play. In the 80th minute, 1.FC Mehlesdorf's Robert Möllmann seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Robert Möllmann the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of 1.FC Mehlesdorf protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Robert Möllmann had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 79th minute, one of 1.FC Mehlesdorf:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for 1.FC Mehlesdorf. 1.FC Mehlesdorf's Thilo Borgelt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eiko Burtscher in the 84th minute of play. After 84 played minutes 1.FC Mehlesdorf got a freekick which was hit by Gunther Polder. After 85 played minutes 1.FC Mehlesdorf got a freekick which was hit by Niko Breuler. If Eiko Burtscher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the game, Albert Scheepers cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Thilo Borgelt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fc Arndissimo walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
