Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Emmerich Olowka started the match with the kick off. Reinhold Lachmann kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. If Moses Neudorf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 14th minute, Shawn Hambrecht left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Lewix fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Shawn Hambrecht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Pingel having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, FC Lewix's goalkeeper Stefan Nülle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ole Neuling. Moses Neudorf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Arne Pingel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wendelin Schaffer's late challenge caught a FC Lewix's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wendelin Schaffer helped the player get up and apologised. In the 23rd match minute, Polonia Sinzing was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wendelin Schaffer to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emmerich Olowka in the 26th minute of play forced FC Lewix's goalkeeper Stefan Nülle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 played minutes FC Lewix got a freekick which was hit by Adam Feil. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eike Hain in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arne Pingel saved Polonia Sinzing from getting behind. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eike Hain stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Eike Hain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Moses Neudorf charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Moses Neudorf the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Lewix getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Moses Neudorf hit a great ball. After having played for 59 minutes, Ole Neuling managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Polonia Sinzing's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ole Neuling was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Polonia Sinzing getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Torben Stoyan hit a great ball. Moses Neudorf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Pingel having to interfere. Arne Pingel was a little too slow when Moses Neudorf got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 0-2. After having played for 80 minutes, Shawn Hambrecht managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Lewix's supporters crossed their fingers, but Shawn Hambrecht was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 83 minutes in the game Torben Stoyan did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Quint Kentzler. Shawn Hambrecht received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Arne Pingel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Polonia Sinzing's Arne Pingel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eike Hain in the 87th minute of play. Shawn Hambrecht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Pingel having to interfere. With his leg Arne Pingel managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when FC Lewix's Eike Hain fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Lewix had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
