Spectators: 5100 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Emmerich Olowka made the kick off which started today's match. Arne Pingel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eike Hain in the 3rd minute. Eike Hain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 8th match minute, Polonia Sinzing was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Bachler to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the match, Polonia Sinzing's goalkeeper Arne Pingel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Shawn Hambrecht. In the 24th minute, Graciano Arendt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stefan Nülle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emmerich Olowka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Torben Stoyan kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Arne Pingel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moses Neudorf, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Polonia Sinzing's zone, Eike Hain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Pingel came out of the goal and Eike Hain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Lewix's Stefan Nülle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wendelin Schaffer in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eike Hain to strike the kick off in the second half. Arne Pingel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eike Hain in the 52nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Polonia Sinzing defense, Moses Neudorf kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arne Pingel. The Polonia Sinzing fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arne Pingel should have stopped the shot. A collision led to FC Lewix getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Adam Feil hit a great ball. Arne Pingel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eike Hain, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. A collision led to FC Lewix getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Shawn Hambrecht hit a great ball. Ole Neuling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Nülle having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ole Neuling got free with Stefan Nülle in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 73rd minute, Emmerich Olowka left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Polonia Sinzing fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Graciano Arendt during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Shawn Hambrecht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Pingel having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Jonas Bachler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arne Pingel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Shawn Hambrecht's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. If Ole Neuling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Shawn Hambrecht managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Lewix's supporters rose to their feet, but Shawn Hambrecht was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arne Pingel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Polonia Sinzing were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
