Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the match, Matthias Dunz notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Weberhäusl's Frederik Saur. Frederik Saur was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 7 minutes into the game, Matthias Dunz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Viersen FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Weberhäusl the free kick. Viersen FC's Anton Willig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jost Haraszti in the 14th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Artur Heine's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anton Willig was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Frederik Saur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heidrich Molling, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Viersen FC's Renato Jourdan got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Viersen FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Matthias Dunz hit a great ball. Artur Heine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th minute Rafael Rump shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederik Saur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frederik Saur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthias Dunz, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Frederik Saur came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Viersen FC's Rafael Rump. But to his dismay, Rafael Rump quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Heidrich Molling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederik Saur having to interfere. A collision led to Weberhäusl getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Piero Wosnitza hit a great ball. In the 46th match minute, Viersen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Rump to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Matthias Dunz succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 55th playminute. Frederik Saur came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Viersen FC's Matthias Dunz. But to his dismay, Matthias Dunz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Viersen FC's Anton Willig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uwe Wolters in the 62nd minute of play. A collision led to Viersen FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Heidrich Molling hit a great ball. In the 71st minute Jost Haraszti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Willig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 72 played minutes Viersen FC got a freekick which was hit by Renato Jourdan. Frederik Saur didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Renato Jourdan went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. After 78 played minutes Viersen FC got a freekick which was hit by Heidrich Molling. Frederik Saur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matthias Dunz in the 84th minute. Frederik Saur was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Heidrich Molling showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 89 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Rump in the 93rd minute of play forced Weberhäusl's goalkeeper Frederik Saur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Viersen FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
