WATTENSCHEID's Richard Thieltges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakobus Neffin in the 70th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan Birmes got free with Ansgar Sell in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ansgar Sell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Birmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christoph Kaufhold's late challenge caught a Tunzenhausen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christoph Kaufhold helped the player get up and apologised. Christoph Kaufhold kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. WATTENSCHEID's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
