Christoph Kaufhold showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hellmut Karrenbauer in the 73rd minute of play forced WATTENSCHEID's goalkeeper Richard Thieltges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute of the match, Jan Birmes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tobias Guenther saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Christoph Kaufhold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
