Spectators: 7675 (Terracing: 5650, Seating: 1864, VIP seats: 161) Ingo Gutzler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Nankatsu SC booed when Ahrmühle FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingo Sein didn't get a good kick on the ball. Richard Miller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Friedrich Hannemann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahrmühle FC's Richard Miller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigurd Banzmann in the 11th minute of play. August Glaser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henning Kläsener having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Ahrmühle FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sigurd Banzmann came free, but Richard Miller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahrmühle FC's Richard Miller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Friedrich Hannemann in the 17th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Friedrich Hannemann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nankatsu SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Friedrich Hannemann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Richard Miller breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Domingo Gaab hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. If Ingo Gutzler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Pierre Bischoff in the 33rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Nankatsu SC's Per Stiig Schui. Dario Raderecht in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Henning Kläsener, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 40 minutes into the match, Nankatsu SC's Rico Laschke sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Richard Miller narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gerd Demele was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 43 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, one of Nankatsu SC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Nankatsu SC. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Friedrich Hannemann made the kick off in the second half. Per Stiig Schui kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 52nd minute of the match August Glaser sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Henning Kläsener skillfully saved the ball. In the 53rd minute, Steffen Hetz had to leave the field with a concussion. Henning Kläsener showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Raderecht, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Friedrich Hannemann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Richard Miller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Friedrich Hannemann got free with Richard Miller in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Friedrich Hannemann in the 66th minute of play forced Ahrmühle FC's goalkeeper Richard Miller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henning Kläsener made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Raderecht in the 68th minute of play. Friedrich Hannemann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jan Mütze struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Henning Kläsener didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ahrmühle FC. When Domingo Sein came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Ahrmühle FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingo Sein couldn't finish the play. In the 80th minute, Per Stiig Schui ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Richard Miller was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Friedrich Hannemann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ahrmühle FC's zone, Rico Laschke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Miller came out of the goal and Rico Laschke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Per Stiig Schui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Miller having to interfere. Ahrmühle FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Nankatsu SC had controlled the match.
