Bornheim FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Steven Heiler in the 11th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Christoph Jerems heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Dennis Tauer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Wendelin Habel made the kick off in the second half. Christoph Jerems kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Renke Noweck came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Bornheim FC's Wendelin Habel. But to his dismay, Wendelin Habel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 74thth minute of the game Kevin Pahl who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bornheim FC's Benjamin Uhl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Wendelin Habel notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Mäusekicker's Renke Noweck. Renke Noweck was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Renke Noweck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wendelin Habel in the 78th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bornheim FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mäusekicker had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
