Ahrmühle FC's Dario Raderecht was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 18th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 20th minute August Glaser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Stolle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Teichwolframsdorf defense, Jan Mütze kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roman Stolle. The Teichwolframsdorf fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roman Stolle should have stopped the shot. Roman Stolle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dario Raderecht in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Norbert Gehlhaar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Richard Miller. Ahrmühle FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Norbert Gehlhaar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilbert Heise in the 30th minute of play forced Ahrmühle FC's goalkeeper Richard Miller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahrmühle FC's Richard Miller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilbert Heise in the 34th minute of play. Richard Miller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norbert Gehlhaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Teichwolframsdorf getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Lars Vogel hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by August Glaser in the 42nd minute of play forced Teichwolframsdorf's goalkeeper Roman Stolle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute August Glaser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Stolle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dario Raderecht stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marinus Komor might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Richard Miller. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marinus Komor ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 60th minute Steffen Hetz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Stolle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roman Stolle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Raderecht, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 63rd minute, Wesley Gaar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dario Raderecht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Stolle having to interfere. Roman Stolle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Raderecht in the 71st minute of play. Roman Stolle came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ahrmühle FC's August Glaser. But to his dismay, August Glaser quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. In the 79th match minute, Ahrmühle FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by August Glaser to maneuver through the defense. Lars Vogel hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute August Glaser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Stolle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Teichwolframsdorf's goal looked a bit too open when August Glaser came free, but Roman Stolle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Bero Klüting fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Teichwolframsdorf's protests and gave Bero Klüting a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Teichwolframsdorf getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Bero Klüting hit a great ball. Jan Mütze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Stolle having to interfere.
