Spectators: 8099 (Terracing: 6076, Seating: 1862, VIP seats: 161) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Günter Karis got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of FC Wesseling booed when SG Aulendorf ll was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dustin Schwanholz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th match minute, SG Aulendorf ll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esau Kamieth to maneuver through the defense. Uri Waack showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominik Szolkowy, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. The audience was convinced that Günter Karis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Afonso Santarém was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Anton Steele managed to get in a good position for a shot. SG Aulendorf ll's supporters rose to their feet, but Anton Steele was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afonso Santarém breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Uri Waack was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Till Stöhr capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Till Stöhr really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Hans Müntefering received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Uri Waack tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Wesseling's Afonso Santarém played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Günter Karis in the 27th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, FC Wesseling's Hans Müntefering sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Uri Waack narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hans Müntefering received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Uri Waack tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Hans Müntefering made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, FC Wesseling's Till Stöhr got a free kick in the 52nd minute. With his leg Afonso Santarém managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when SG Aulendorf ll's Günter Karis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ahmed Pflug received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Uri Waack tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Afonso Santarém was a little too slow when Günter Karis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 1-1. Ahmed Pflug sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 75 minutes, Hans Müntefering managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Wesseling's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hans Müntefering was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ahmed Pflug blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Uri Waack having to make a save. If Ahmed Pflug had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Wesseling's Hans Müntefering got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anton Steele kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The attack was good, but when Till Stöhr in the 85th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After a defensive mix-up in SG Aulendorf ll's zone, Till Stöhr stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uri Waack came out of the goal and Till Stöhr tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hans Müntefering's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Uri Waack read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. FC Wesseling's Afonso Santarém played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Günter Karis in the 93rd minute of play. With an all-out effort, SG Aulendorf ll's Afonso Santarém threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Günter Karis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. FC Wesseling's Afonso Santarém played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Steele in the 96th minute of play. FC Wesseling were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing SG Aulendorf ll to leave the ground with a draw.
