That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Marco Wannemaker managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grüna's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Wannemaker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Mann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Birk Kreuzer got free with Sebastian Mann in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Birk Kreuzer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Sebastian Mann made a huge save. If Birk Kreuzer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Wannemaker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Birk Kreuzer scored 2-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Mann, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hans Ackermann charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hans Ackermann the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd match minute, Grüna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Ackermann to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute of the match Hans Hangl shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gunnar Tiggelkamp showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sebastian Mann made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Birk Kreuzer sent off a good shot on target. Shawn Klenk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Gunnar Tiggelkamp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When SV Rittsteig's Felix Steimer in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 40 played minutes, SV Rittsteig's Ron Frenzle shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gunnar Tiggelkamp came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SV Rittsteig reached it. Shawn Klenk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Felix Steimer made a kick off. Sebastian Mann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Ackermann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Birk Kreuzer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Mann having to interfere. After some careless play in the SV Rittsteig defense, Marco Wannemaker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastian Mann. The SV Rittsteig fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastian Mann should have stopped the shot. Birk Kreuzer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Sebastian Mann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Mann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans Ackermann in the 65th minute of the match. Sebastian Mann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans Ackermann in the 77th minute of play. Hans Hangl kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After having played for 82 minutes, Marco Wannemaker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grüna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Wannemaker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marco Wannemaker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Mann having to interfere. If Hans Ackermann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
