Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gero Butzbach kicked off to start the match. After 7 minutes, Sergej Bradel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bahnhof and the Mödrath players grew even worse after the yellow card. 9 minutes into the game, Wilhelm Dörken was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bahnhof's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mödrath the free kick. In the 9th minute, one of Bahnhof:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bahnhof. In the 10th minute there was a penalty for Mödrath. Arbo Pothmer stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Zoltan Djir. 0-2. Konstantin Cronen struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Zoltan Djir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mödrath. In the 29th minute, Dirk Falke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bahnhof's Zoltan Djir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstantin Cronen in the 32nd minute of play. Lorenzo Droste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Ödön Dieler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Gero Butzbach made a precise shot to the right of Zoltan Djir. Bahnhof's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Konstantin Cronen might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zoltan Djir. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Konstantin Cronen ran back to his position shaking his head. Zoltan Djir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gero Butzbach in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Wilhelm Dörken hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arbo Pothmer, 46 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lorenzo Droste was the one to do the kick off. Zoltan Djir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gero Butzbach, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After 52 minutes of play, Mödrath's Konstantin Cronen made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zoltan Djir was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 58 played minutes Bahnhof got a freekick which was hit by Theodor Schraier. In the 58th match minute Arbo Pothmer ran free in the middle of the field and shot a long shot which scored behind a totally surprised Zoltan Djir. 0-6. Zoltan Djir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gero Butzbach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Konstantin Cronen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gero Butzbach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute, Steffen Lott hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gero Butzbach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Theodor Schraier hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Gero Butzbach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Zoltan Djir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Konstantin Cronen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Mödrath booed when Bahnhof was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Szeimies didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gero Butzbach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gero Butzbach recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Theodor Schraier's late challenge caught a Mödrath's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Theodor Schraier helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Bahnhof getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Theodor Schraier hit a great ball. Zoltan Djir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gero Butzbach in the 95th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Mödrath left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bahnhof.
