Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Birk Kreuzer started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the match, Grüna's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Droste came free, but Gunnar Tiggelkamp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Bahnhof getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Sergej Bradel hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bahnhof's zone, Birk Kreuzer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zoltan Djir came out of the goal and Birk Kreuzer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 17 played minutes Bahnhof got a freekick which was hit by Theodor Schraier. Sascha Reichow recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 24 minutes into the game, Mischa Jensen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grüna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bahnhof the free kick. The supporters of Bahnhof booed when Grüna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mischa Jensen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Grüna's Gunnar Tiggelkamp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sascha Reichow in the 27th minute of play. Birk Kreuzer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Theodor Schraier charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Gisbert Kentzler didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the game, Bahnhof's Sascha Reichow nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gunnar Tiggelkamp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Bahnhof's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Mischa Jensen scored to the left of an out of position Zoltan Djir, making the score, 1-1. In the 46th minute, Grüna's Mischa Jensen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lorenzo Droste to make the kick off. Gunnar Tiggelkamp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sascha Reichow in the 56th minute. Marco Wannemaker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Zoltan Djir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gisbert Kentzler came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Grüna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gisbert Kentzler couldn't finish the play. In the 62ndth minute of the game Klement Bästlein who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bahnhof's Zoltan Djir was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 63 minutes, Birk Kreuzer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grüna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Birk Kreuzer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zoltan Djir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birk Kreuzer in the 65th minute of play. If Marco Wannemaker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute, Klement Bästlein made a precise shot to the right of Zoltan Djir. Bahnhof's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. If Hans Ackermann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bahnhof's Zoltan Djir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans Ackermann in the 75th minute of play. If Birk Kreuzer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mischa Jensen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zoltan Djir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Wannemaker, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Zoltan Djir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gisbert Kentzler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grüna's Gunnar Tiggelkamp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Droste in the 93rd minute of play. Bahnhof's Zoltan Djir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Wannemaker in the 97th minute of play.
