Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Morgan Korth got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Hemmo Rossmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olav Hellwig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ellerau's Tommy Schneider got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 8 minutes into the game, Nicholas Meng cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Olav Hellwig was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nicholas Meng struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Olav Hellwig didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Leutpolz 05. In the 17th minute, Hemmo Rossmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Morgan Korth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the game, Chris Theobald was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Leutpolz 05's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ellerau the free kick. In the 28th minute, Chris Theobald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Schneider succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 30th playminute. Hemmo Rossmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olav Hellwig having to interfere. Hemmo Rossmann might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olav Hellwig. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hemmo Rossmann ran back to his position shaking his head. Vlad Steiner kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugo Grüning during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Donald Wächter took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Täve Bachert. FC Leutpolz 05's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hemmo Rossmann made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Hemmo Rossmann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olav Hellwig was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Täve Bachert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Morgan Korth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Morgan Korth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Leutpolz 05's Täve Bachert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Morgan Korth in the 71st minute of play. When Vlad Steiner came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Ellerau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vlad Steiner couldn't finish the play. After 80 played minutes Ellerau got a freekick which was hit by Vlad Steiner. Olav Hellwig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hemmo Rossmann in the 81st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tommy Schneider in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Täve Bachert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nicholas Meng struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Olav Hellwig didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Leutpolz 05. 89 minutes into the game, Henning Bultmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Leutpolz 05's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ellerau the free kick. Ellerau's attack was well implemented in the 91st minute, but when Morgan Korth was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. A collision led to Ellerau getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Vlad Steiner hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ellerau had won after a very even match.
