In the 21stth minute of the game Günther Myszka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Donautal's Matthew Hildebrand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 29th minute of the game, Gustav Vogel landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After 29 minutes, Eckhard Girrbach mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Donautal and the OFK Bratstvo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eckhard Girrbach kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. When Özkan Şahin fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored OFK Bratstvo's protests and gave Özkan Şahin a yellow card for diving instead. Özkan Şahin hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After 52 played minutes OFK Bratstvo got a freekick which was hit by Holger Strohmayer. Bruno Stageman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eckhard Girrbach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. OFK Bratstvo's Bruno Stageman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caspar Cabada in the 60th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Caspar Cabada's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Stageman was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind OFK Bratstvo's goalkeeper Bruno Stageman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eckhard Girrbach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Bruno Stageman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. OFK Bratstvo's Ronny Wild was substituted for Karl Hellmich. Bruno Stageman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caspar Cabada in the 79th minute of the match. OFK Bratstvo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
