The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernd Uplegger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The excitement rose when SC Weser Kickers's Ingo Alspach after 66 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for FC ReherPuls's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 3-0. 70 minutes into the game, Eduard Strobl cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Wolfram Schraier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 76 minutes into the match, FC ReherPuls's goal looked a bit too open when Bernd Uplegger came free, but Wolfram Schraier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wolfram Schraier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernd Uplegger, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. There was no doubt that SC Weser Kickers were the better team. SC Weser Kickers's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
