In the 3rd minute, Felix Kuschel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TSV Trudering fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. TSV Trudering's Kurt-Dieter von Scheliha got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 6 played minutes FC ReherPuls got a freekick which was hit by Ron Hütt. Kurt-Dieter von Scheliha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. TSV Trudering's Kurt-Dieter von Scheliha got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lothar Pfirrmann in the 13th minute of play forced FC ReherPuls's goalkeeper Wolfram Schraier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC ReherPuls getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Magnus Kümmel hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felix Kuschel in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wolfram Schraier saved FC ReherPuls from getting behind. The TSV Trudering fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when TSV Trudering's Dietrich Beuschlein looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 26th minute Kurt-Dieter von Scheliha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wolfram Schraier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wolfram Schraier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lothar Pfirrmann in the 28th minute of play. Wolfram Schraier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kurt-Dieter von Scheliha in the 29th minute of the match. Wolfram Schraier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt-Dieter von Scheliha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of TSV Trudering booed when FC ReherPuls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toralf Zeiss didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wolfram Schraier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christof Seubert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the FC ReherPuls defense, Dietrich Beuschlein kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wolfram Schraier. The FC ReherPuls fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wolfram Schraier should have stopped the shot. 44 minutes into the match, Kurt-Dieter von Scheliha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wolfram Schraier. FC ReherPuls's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kurt-Dieter von Scheliha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. 47 minutes into the game, Dietrich Beuschlein cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Wolfram Schraier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The FC ReherPuls players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. TSV Trudering were winning 0-8.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Béla Lämmel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, FC ReherPuls's goal looked a bit too open when Lothar Pfirrmann came free, but Wolfram Schraier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wolfram Schraier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dietrich Beuschlein in the 55th minute of play. Lysander Oestmann had several of the FC ReherPuls's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 56 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-9 score and a disappointed Wolfram Schraier as he didn't even see the shot coming. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kurt-Dieter von Scheliha got free with Wolfram Schraier in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wolfram Schraier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lothar Pfirrmann in the 62nd minute. With an all-out effort, TSV Trudering's Wolfram Schraier threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Felix Kuschel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Wolfram Schraier made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Kurt-Dieter von Scheliha sent off a good shot on target. In the 73rd minute, Lothar Pfirrmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wolfram Schraier was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. With an all-out effort, TSV Trudering's Wolfram Schraier threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lothar Pfirrmann, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Lothar Pfirrmann kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wolfram Schraier. That made the score 0-12 in the 79 minute of play. In the 85th minute of the match, Frank Kreis got a very nice opportunity to score, but Wolfram Schraier was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the last second Wolfram Schraier throw himself and got hold of the ball when Pascal Busch in the 86thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Wolfram Schraier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lothar Pfirrmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Magnus Kümmel hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Pascal Busch who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Wolfram Schraier when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Toralf Zeiss fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC ReherPuls's protests and gave Toralf Zeiss a yellow card for diving instead. Toralf Zeiss hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. TSV Trudering's Lothar Pfirrmann couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC ReherPuls. Frank Kreis scored 0-13 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wolfram Schraier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. TSV Trudering played a much better game than FC ReherPuls and deserved their victory. The FC ReherPuls players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
