THB Herrenalb's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Helmut Schepers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Willi Wolters showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helmut Schepers, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute C.A.Tapiales - Münster were awarded a corner. Rudy Siong went to the cornerflag to take it. THB Herrenalb's Willi Wolters played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matt Sharples in the 9th minute of play. Willi Wolters showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matt Sharples, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute Daniel Figge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willi Wolters saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute C.A.Tapiales - Münster were awarded a corner. Rudy Siong went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Rudy Siong almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but THB Herrenalb's Willi Wolters did a great save. Jâninho Potiguar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Moritz Riemer in the 18th minute. When Helmut Schepers came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the C.A.Tapiales - Münster fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Helmut Schepers couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Helmut Schepers's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Willi Wolters was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. When Niko Leibrandt came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the C.A.Tapiales - Münster fans jumped to their feet. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Matt Sharples managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A.Tapiales - Münster's supporters rose to their feet, but Matt Sharples was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Willi Wolters breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. THB Herrenalb's Willi Wolters played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niko Leibrandt in the 38th minute of play. Willi Wolters showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niko Leibrandt in the 41st minute of the match. The supporters of THB Herrenalb booed when C.A.Tapiales - Münster was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simão Souto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Heinz Schultheiss struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Jâninho Potiguar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for THB Herrenalb. Niko Leibrandt took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Willi Wolters. Willi Wolters dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. THB Herrenalb's Zacharias Schöbel was substituted for Heinz Schultheiss. THB Herrenalb made a substitution. Lutz Holtzmann replaced Moritz Riemer. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Niko Leibrandt was the one to do the kick off. C.A.Tapiales - Münster's Jâninho Potiguar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lutz Holtzmann in the 55th minute of play. Jâninho Potiguar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lutz Holtzmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. The supporters of C.A.Tapiales - Münster booed when THB Herrenalb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludwig Müntefering didn't get a good kick on the ball. THB Herrenalb's Arne Stern was substituted for Ignatius Tilmann. In the 70th match minute, THB Herrenalb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandro Högger to maneuver through the defense. Willi Wolters made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Helmut Schepers sent off a good shot on target. C.A.Tapiales - Münster's Helmut Schepers got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Helmut Schepers in the 80th minute of play forced THB Herrenalb's goalkeeper Willi Wolters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, C.A.Tapiales - Münster's goal looked a bit too open when Sandro Högger came free, but Jâninho Potiguar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Willi Wolters took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helmut Schepers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lutz Holtzmann in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jâninho Potiguar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Matt Sharples recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The THB Herrenalb fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. C.A.Tapiales - Münster were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
