After recieving a nice pass, Fenerbahce 1907's Samuel Wurfel tried to score from far away in the 9th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute Raphael Peters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esra Breidert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raphael Peters in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Esra Breidert saved FC Traktor Götz from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Conrado Romero managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Traktor Götz's supporters rose to their feet, but Conrado Romero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ingemar Toupheksis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 22 played minutes FC Traktor Götz got a freekick which was hit by Kim Listl. In the 26th minute, Conrado Romero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 29th match minute, FC Traktor Götz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Romero to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raphael Peters during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Raphael Peters hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. If Fryderyk Dziewulski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fryderyk Dziewulski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Ingemar Toupheksis made a huge save. In the 45th minute, Fryderyk Dziewulski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ingemar Toupheksis was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

FC Traktor Götz's Giacomo Grau was substituted for Arne Prestin. Ingemar Toupheksis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conrado Romero in the 55th minute of play. A throw-in in the 61st minute of the game was made by Denzel Weth with Larry May as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Ingemar Toupheksis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Romero in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Fryderyk Dziewulski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fryderyk Dziewulski in the 66th minute of play forced Fenerbahce 1907's goalkeeper Ingemar Toupheksis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
