Fred Teupel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Werner Barz went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 13 minutes into the match, Ćiro Immobile had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fred Teupel. Reipertshofen FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ćiro Immobile was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Gernot Wilhelm made in the 16th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Konstantin Heusmann. Siegfried Rehmer charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Siegfried Rehmer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 18th minute, Siegfried Rehmer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gernot Wilhelm's late challenge caught a Spvgg München-Lerch. 05's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gernot Wilhelm helped the player get up and apologised. Burkhard Seelert walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 23rd minute, Bert Ringelnatz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Spvgg München-Lerch. 05's Erwin Jankowsky got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ćiro Immobile blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fred Teupel having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Reipertshofen FC's zone, Roman Jochem stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fred Teupel came out of the goal and Roman Jochem tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Spvgg München-Lerch. 05's attentive Burkhard Seelert managed to snatch the ball when Konstantin Heusmann made a throw-in in the 36th minute of the game. In the 36th minute, Burkhard Seelert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Spvgg München-Lerch. 05's Werner Barz got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ćiro Immobile had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ćiro Immobile received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Fred Teupel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Werner Barz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fred Teupel. Reipertshofen FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Werner Barz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Siegfried Rehmer was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Werner Barz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spvgg München-Lerch. 05's supporters crossed their fingers, but Werner Barz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fred Teupel made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Werner Barz sent off a good shot on target. Fred Teupel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ćiro Immobile went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. 0-8 became the score in the 59th minute when Ćiro Immobile elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 62 minutes, Ćiro Immobile made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. Reipertshofen FC's Fred Teupel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Franco Gläsel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fred Teupel was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ćiro Immobile got free with Fred Teupel in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ćiro Immobile sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Roman Jochem ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fred Teupel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. 78 minutes into the game, Werner Barz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Fred Teupel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Reipertshofen FC's Fred Teupel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Reipertshofen FC from getting a goal against them. Werner Barz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fred Teupel having to make a save. An unexpected shot in the 86th minute by Roman Jochem got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 89 minutes into the game, Werner Barz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-13. Fred Teupel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 96th play minute Erwin Jankowsky came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Fred Teupel. 0-14. Spvgg München-Lerch. 05 played a much better game than Reipertshofen FC and deserved their victory. The Reipertshofen FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
