Alex Cauli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mark Nievelstein went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. FC Bwood's Leander Dickhoff quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Bilge Kağan Savlet, made in the 8th minute of the game. In the 10th minute, Sid Greth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Markus Göger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Altenmittlau's supporters rose to their feet, but Markus Göger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robert Musta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mark Nievelstein received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Alex Cauli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mark Nievelstein recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 22 minutes into the game, Leander Dickhoff threw the ball into play from the sideline. Altenmittlau's Herbert Könnecke quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ulrich Fiedeler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Altenmittlau getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Ulrich Fiedeler hit a great ball. 36 minutes in the game Leander Dickhoff did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Phoenix Humme. Albert Einstein was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 38 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute, one of Altenmittlau:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Altenmittlau. Phoenix Humme placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Phoenix Humme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Cauli having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mark Nievelstein was the one to do the kick off. Gregor Gorny charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gregor Gorny the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gregor Gorny hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 53rdth minute of the game Homer Behnert who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Bwood's Robert Musta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Homer Behnert sped through FC Bwood's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Robert Musta. Altenmittlau's Alex Cauli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Phoenix Humme in the 67th minute of play. Alex Cauli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niko Springer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Altenmittlau's attentive Gerd Schiefer managed to snatch the ball when Niko Springer made a throw-in in the 72nd minute of the game. The supporters of FC Bwood booed when Altenmittlau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerd Schiefer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alex Cauli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mark Nievelstein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alex Cauli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Phoenix Humme in the 87th minute of the match. Mark Nievelstein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Altenmittlau succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though FC Bwood had controlled the match.
