Jens Ebbenga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Gunkel in the 8th minute of the match. Stig Buch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 16 minutes Holz vor der Hütte ev's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fabian Beushausen who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Burkhard Michalke got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fabian Bobariu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Holz vor der Hütte ev booed when BSC Jena 98 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Burkhard Michalke didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Holz vor der Hütte ev's Stig Buch in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BSC Jena 98's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Ackermann in the 23rd minute of play forced Holz vor der Hütte ev's goalkeeper Fabian Bobariu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens Ebbenga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stig Buch's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. In the 31stth minute of the game Kim Pretzer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Holz vor der Hütte ev's Fabian Bobariu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. BSC Jena 98's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fabian Beushausen in the 33rd minute. 34 minutes into the match, Holz vor der Hütte ev's goalkeeper Fabian Bobariu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anton Ackermann. 37 minutes into the game, Stig Buch cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jens Ebbenga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Stig Buch scored 0-3 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jens Ebbenga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kim Pretzer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Fabian Bobariu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Finn Kreuels got free with Fabian Bobariu in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stig Buch to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, BSC Jena 98's goalkeeper Jens Ebbenga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Brink. Jens Ebbenga was a little too slow when Stig Buch got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-4. In the 59th minute Hermann Kloppers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Bobariu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Burkhard Michalke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Holz vor der Hütte ev's Stig Buch managed to work through BSC Jena 98's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Jens Ebbenga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bonifatius Thiele in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Ken Knoops hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute, Anton Ackermann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabian Bobariu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Finn Kreuels in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Bobariu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Burkhard Michalke hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Jens Ebbenga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stig Buch in the 86th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Finn Kreuels notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of Holz vor der Hütte ev's Fabian Bobariu. Fabian Bobariu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 92nd minute of the match Sebastian Brink sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jens Ebbenga skillfully saved the ball. With his leg Jens Ebbenga managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when Holz vor der Hütte ev's Stig Buch fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fabian Bobariu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Burkhard Michalke, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
