Spectators: 8463 (Terracing: 6348, Seating: 1946, VIP seats: 169) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hubert Simpson kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Evert Heremans dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thorsten Benscheider, 1-0. Thorsten Benscheider was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Claudius Marsching showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 9 minute of play. Thorsten Benscheider showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evert Heremans, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute, Erwin Backes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The De Gulden Draak fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evert Heremans in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thorsten Benscheider prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute, Evert Heremans got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 25th match minute, FK Partizani Tirana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Reese to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in FK Partizani Tirana's zone, Manuel Peres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thorsten Benscheider came out of the goal and Manuel Peres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hubert Simpson in the 28th minute of play forced De Gulden Draak's goalkeeper Siim Kikas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Siim Kikas came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by FK Partizani Tirana's Hubert Simpson. But to his dismay, Hubert Simpson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After having played for 36 minutes, Erwin Backes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. De Gulden Draak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erwin Backes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 43 minutes into the match, FK Partizani Tirana's goalkeeper Thorsten Benscheider had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manuel Peres. After 45 minutes of play, De Gulden Draak's Erwin Backes made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thorsten Benscheider was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Manuel Peres to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Evert Heremans who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FK Partizani Tirana's Thorsten Benscheider was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thorsten Benscheider showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Peres in the 52nd minute of the match. Thorsten Benscheider breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 74th minute, Evert Heremans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evert Heremans in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thorsten Benscheider saved FK Partizani Tirana from getting behind. FK Partizani Tirana's Thorsten Benscheider played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Peres in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franz-Peter Zinn in the 81st minute of play forced De Gulden Draak's goalkeeper Siim Kikas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, FK Partizani Tirana's goal looked a bit too open when Evert Heremans came free, but Thorsten Benscheider reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. De Gulden Draak fully deserved thier win.
