In the 30th minute of the match, Pawel Reiners tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wolfgang Dallmeier saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 32nd minute, Okanay Kunter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Axel Groth was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 38th match minute, Roitzheim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascal Colombo to maneuver through the defense. Roitzheim's Wolfgang Dallmeier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Roitzheim from getting a goal against them.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pascal Colombo to make the kick off. Axel Groth made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Okanay Kunter sent off a good shot on target. After 54 minutes of play, Roitzheim's Elias Lavaux made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Axel Groth was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ovid Niestroj hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. If Justin Hilpert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Justin Hilpert sped through Roitzheim's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wolfgang Dallmeier. In the 64th minute Pawel Reiners shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wolfgang Dallmeier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Wachdendonk were furious when Dennis Zirwes was red carded, 66 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Wachdendonk fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! In the 67th minute of the game, Roitzheim got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. 74 minutes into the match, Roitzheim's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Schwabe came free, but Wolfgang Dallmeier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute of the match FC Wachdendonk got a corner. Roitzheim's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ignacy Lemiesz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Max Fischer tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Wolfgang Dallmeier. An unnecessary self made goal, 3-3 in the 79th minute. 85 minutes into the game, Wulf Rudolf was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Wachdendonk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Roitzheim the free kick. In the 85th minute, Wulf Rudolf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Wachdendonk made a substitution. Gilbert Kojder replaced Nils Schwabe. The corner led FC Wachdendonk's Ignacy Lemiesz to fire away a dangerous shot which Wolfgang Dallmeier despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
