Reinhold Oelbeck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Obbo Ngnoubamdjum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AC Rostock were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Augsburg Team's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Obbo Ngnoubamdjum took the corner. After 8 played minutes Augsburg Team got a freekick which was hit by Lars-Erik Hellström. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Obbo Ngnoubamdjum managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Rostock's supporters rose to their feet, but Obbo Ngnoubamdjum was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reinhold Oelbeck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11th minute Taisto Leppänen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reinhold Oelbeck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reinhold Oelbeck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taisto Leppänen in the 15th minute of the match. When AC Rostock's Taisto Leppänen in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Reinhold Oelbeck came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Rostock's Taisto Leppänen. But to his dismay, Taisto Leppänen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Obbo Ngnoubamdjum managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reinhold Oelbeck was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sebastian Cengiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Reinhold Oelbeck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Augsburg Team's Reinhold Oelbeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taisto Leppänen in the 34th minute of play. Reinhold Oelbeck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Onwuemelie Onwuachi in the 38th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Augsburg Team's Lars-Erik Hellström got a free kick in the 41st minute. The AC Rostock fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when AC Rostock's Taisto Leppänen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

After some careless play in the AC Rostock defense, Theophil Ludewig kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Per Klesper. The AC Rostock fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Per Klesper should have stopped the shot. AC Rostock made a substitution. Peer Jöckel replaced Marc Thalberg. 尹磊青 kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Reinhold Oelbeck made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Fernan Senin sent off a good shot on target. Obbo Ngnoubamdjum hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gideon Heilemann in the 67th minute of play forced Augsburg Team's goalkeeper Reinhold Oelbeck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lars-Erik Hellström lost his temper 68 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 68th minute, one of Augsburg Team:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Augsburg Team. When the match had been going on for 71 minutes, AC Rostock's Fernan Senin got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Reinhold Oelbeck. In the 73rd minute, Gideon Heilemann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Reinhold Oelbeck was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. 79 minutes into the game, AC Rostock's Gilberto Abancens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reinhold Oelbeck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. Sebastian Cengiz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Reinhold Oelbeck skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 86 minutes into the match, Augsburg Team's goal looked a bit too open when Gideon Heilemann came free, but Reinhold Oelbeck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilberto Abancens scored 1-8 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Reinhold Oelbeck, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. AC Rostock played a much better game than Augsburg Team and deserved their victory. The Augsburg Team players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
