Möhnsen FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luis Bartels in the 7th minute. Möhnsen FC's Mathias Bernwurz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Harro Meier in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. YugiPeeK ✈'s Harro Meier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Burgstaller in the 8th minute of play. After 10 minutes YugiPeeK ✈'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luis Bartels who took care of the corner kick. YugiPeeK ✈'s Harro Meier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timo Schinnenburg in the 11th minute of play. The supporters of Möhnsen FC booed when YugiPeeK ✈ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maxi Moralez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute of the match Möhnsen FC got a corner. YugiPeeK ✈'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luis Bartels ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Luis Bartels almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but YugiPeeK ✈'s Harro Meier did a great save. Kostas Kourtis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Emerson Ferraz made a huge save. When Guido Burgstaller came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Möhnsen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guido Burgstaller couldn't finish the play. When Möhnsen FC's Guido Burgstaller in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 48th minute, Maxi Moralez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guido Burgstaller was the one to do the kick off. Harro Meier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Béla Strothmann in the 52nd minute. Emerson Ferraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxi Moralez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Guido Burgstaller's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harro Meier was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Maxi Moralez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emerson Ferraz having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Torben Holbach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emerson Ferraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristóf Kvaratskhelia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guido Burgstaller who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Harro Meier when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Guido Burgstaller did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-1 to the left of a surprised Harro Meier 73 minutes into the match. When Leo Freiherr fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Möhnsen FC's protests and gave Leo Freiherr a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Möhnsen FC's Leo Freiherr got a free kick in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Möhnsen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kostas Kourtis came free, but Emerson Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guido Burgstallers short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Harro Meier to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by Möhnsen FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cecilio Jerrold was slow to take the kick. During this time YugiPeeK ✈'s players had a chance to rest. The corner led YugiPeeK ✈'s Cecilio Jerrold to fire away a dangerous shot which Emerson Ferraz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Möhnsen FC's Leo Freiherr in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 91stth minute of the game Kostas Kourtis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Möhnsen FC's Emerson Ferraz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ulf Burger-Heidger hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Guido Burgstaller who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Harro Meier when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kristóf Kvaratskhelia during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 95 played minutes YugiPeeK ✈ got a freekick which was hit by Kristóf Kvaratskhelia. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind YugiPeeK ✈'s goalkeeper Harro Meier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 97th minute, Möhnsen FC's Leo Freiherr dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Möhnsen FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
