Spectators: 7593 (Terracing: 5735, Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jan Ondřich kicked off to start the match. Pavel Plhal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Fencl in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th minute of the match Milan Chadraba shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pavel Plhal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. František Pokora recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Carvahall's zone, František Pokora stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pavel Plhal came out of the goal and František Pokora tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carvahall's Pavel Plhal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by František Pokora in the 11th minute of play. Daniel Fencl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavel Plhal having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling František Pokora in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pavel Plhal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 17 played minutes FC Dogheads Ústí got a freekick which was hit by František Sochor. If František Pokora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 23 minutes into the match, František Pokora had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pavel Plhal. Carvahall's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that František Pokora was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Norbert Páv could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Jiří Bačík made a huge save. František Sochor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavel Plhal having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Carvahall's zone, František Pokora stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pavel Plhal came out of the goal and František Pokora tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pavel Plhal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of František Pokora's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Daniel Fencl took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pavel Plhal. Pavel Plhal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. František Pokora's late challenge caught a Carvahall's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. František Pokora helped the player get up and apologised. Jan Ondřich struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Jiří Bačík didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carvahall. In the 45th match minute, Carvahall was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislav Vlček to maneuver through the defense. 47 minutes into the match, FC Dogheads Ústí's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Ondřich came free, but Jiří Bačík reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Carvahall players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Dogheads Ústí were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and František Pokora made a kick off. František Pokora's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pavel Plhal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. In the 54thth minute of the game František Pokora who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carvahall's Pavel Plhal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 57th minute, František Pokora made a precise shot to the right of Pavel Plhal. Carvahall's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. If Daniel Fencl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the match, Carvahall's goal looked a bit too open when František Pokora came free, but Pavel Plhal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Daniel Fencl managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Dogheads Ústí's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Fencl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pavel Plhal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 73 minutes into the game, Milan Chadraba recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pavel Plhal. Milan Chadraba showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. František Sochor struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Pavel Plhal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Dogheads Ústí. František Pokora took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pavel Plhal. Pavel Plhal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. With a couple of smart ball manuevers František Pokora in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pavel Plhal saved Carvahall from getting behind. Daniel Fencl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pavel Plhal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. František Pokora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91stth minute of the game František Pokora who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carvahall's Pavel Plhal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If František Pokora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Dogheads Ústí's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
