Bořek Klvaňa in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Stanislav Rejman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bořek Klvaňa did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Stanislav Rejman 37 minutes into the match. When Markus Laník came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Slavia Praha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Markus Laník couldn't finish the play. Stanislav Rejman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jiří Kettner in the 46th minute. Bořek Klvaňa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 48thth minute tested the skills of Stanislav Rejman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Bořek Klvaňa put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Stanislav Rejman. Stanislav Rejman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergej Hrbek, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. When Jiří Frýdl fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Slavia Praha's protests and gave Jiří Frýdl a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Slavia Praha fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 63rd minute. Penalty! An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarolím Tran in the 68th minute of play forced Slavia Praha's goalkeeper Tomáš Sokol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaroslav Holeš kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mandzusk's Jaroslav Skalka got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 83rd minute, Bořek Klvaňa made a precise shot to the right of Stanislav Rejman. Mandzusk's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Jaroslav Holeš fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stanislav Rejman having to interfere. Jiří Kettner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Stanislav Rejman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
