When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Josef Horkel sped through AC Annadorf's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jan Bazala. When Čeněk Kmoníček came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Holcovice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Čeněk Kmoníček couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, David Rokyta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Holcovice's supporters rose to their feet, but David Rokyta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan Bazala breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jan Bazala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Rokyta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Josef Horkel notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of AC Annadorf's Jan Bazala. Jan Bazala was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 20 minutes into the match, Holcovice's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislav Dřímal came free, but Vilém Vosáhlo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bronislav Janás in the 31st minute of play forced AC Annadorf's goalkeeper Jan Bazala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zdeněk Bambas got free with Vilém Vosáhlo in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 44thth minute of the game Bronislav Janás who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Annadorf's Jan Bazala was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. AC Annadorf's Jan Bazala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josef Horkel in the 46th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Bronislav Janás had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan Bazala. AC Annadorf's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bronislav Janás was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-4 lead.

The supporters of Holcovice booed when AC Annadorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeáš Fuxa didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Josef Horkel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jan Bazala. That made the score 2-7 in the 97 minute of play.
