Spectators: 7150 (Terracing: 5750, Seating: 1300, VIP seats: 100) FC Ostrava 2021's Zoran Šašek started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes FC Ostrava 2021 got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Nádvorník. In the 5th match minute, FK Slavoj Vyšehrad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimír Živný to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Zoran Šašek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kauã Fonseca was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. In the 15th minute Victor Jerano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miroslav Hurta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to FC Ostrava 2021 getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Oskar Veber hit a great ball. After having played for 19 minutes, Lukáš Král managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Slavoj Vyšehrad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lukáš Král was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Jerano in the 23rd minute of play forced FC Ostrava 2021's goalkeeper Miroslav Hurta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victor Jerano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th match minute, FC Ostrava 2021 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Vančura to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute Victor Jerano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miroslav Hurta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victor Jerano took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miroslav Hurta. Miroslav Hurta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Lukáš Král managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Slavoj Vyšehrad's supporters rose to their feet, but Lukáš Král was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miroslav Hurta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victor Jerano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victor Jerano in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miroslav Hurta saved FC Ostrava 2021 from getting behind. Miroslav Hurta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Jerano, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 64 minutes into the game, Victor Jerano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Miroslav Hurta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 67 minutes into the match, FC Ostrava 2021's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Jerano came free, but Miroslav Hurta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victor Jerano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kauã Fonseca made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zoran Šašek in the 70th minute. After 72 minutes, Victor Jerano made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Ostrava 2021's Miroslav Hurta tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tobias Nádvorník kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. A collision led to FC Ostrava 2021 getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Zoran Šašek hit a great ball. Lukáš Král received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Miroslav Hurta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FK Slavoj Vyšehrad's Přemek Frank was substituted for Hipolito Suarez. After 91 minutes of play FC Ostrava 2021's Tobias Nádvorník was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Tobias Nádvorník hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. FC Ostrava 2021's Miroslav Hurta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Jerano in the 95th minute of play.
