Roland Horna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Bernard Šefl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10thth minute of the game Roland Horna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Plaňany's Bernard Šefl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Josef Částka fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Plaňany's protests and gave Josef Částka a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Plaňany getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Josef Částka hit a great ball. In the 16th minute, Maroš Lehečka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Martin Noga charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martin Noga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th match minute, Plaňany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Noga to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, Plaňany's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Horna came free, but Bernard Šefl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 23 minutes of play Plaňany's Josef Částka was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Plaňany's Josef Částka got a free kick in the 24th minute. Golden Eagle CF were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Plaňany's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dalimil Kuda took the corner. The corner led Golden Eagle CF's Dalimil Kuda to fire away a dangerous shot which Bernard Šefl despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When David Mádle fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Golden Eagle CF's protests and gave David Mádle a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Golden Eagle CF getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. David Mádle hit a great ball. Bernard Šefl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maroš Lehečka's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Bernard Šefl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Horna in the 43rd minute of play. Michal Čepela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. František Snášel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernard Šefl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maroš Lehečka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Michal Čepela made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match Vladimír Maceček sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bernard Šefl skillfully saved the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Golden Eagle CF's Roland Horna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernard Šefl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roland Horna struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Bernard Šefl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golden Eagle CF. Maroš Lehečka's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Bernard Šefl skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Bernard Šefl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roland Horna in the 66th minute of the match. After having played for 67 minutes, Maroš Lehečka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golden Eagle CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maroš Lehečka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Roland Horna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Plaňany's zone, Maroš Lehečka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernard Šefl came out of the goal and Maroš Lehečka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roland Horna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dalimil Kuda, 82 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Bernard Šefl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Horna in the 84th minute of play. With his leg Bernard Šefl managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Golden Eagle CF's Maroš Lehečka fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
