Ac Sparta praha's Jonáš Spěvák played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Noga in the 5th minute of play. Jonáš Spěvák made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ondřej Švaříček in the 7th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roman Hřebíček got free with Bernard Šefl in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jiří Fink hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Wawrzyniec Jekot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ac Sparta praha's supporters rose to their feet, but Wawrzyniec Jekot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernard Šefl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Lukáš Roupec came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Ac Sparta praha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lukáš Roupec couldn't finish the play. After 34 minutes of play, Plaňany's Michal Čepela made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonáš Spěvák was left in no man's land by his defense there! 37 minutes into the match, Plaňany's goalkeeper Bernard Šefl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roman Hřebíček. In the 39th minute, Roman Hřebíček left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ac Sparta praha fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the last second Bernard Šefl throw himself and got hold of the ball when Wasyl Fleszar in the 45thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The supporters of Ac Sparta praha booed when Plaňany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josef Částka didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Roman Hřebíček received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Bernard Šefl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernard Šefl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wawrzyniec Jekot, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Josef Částka scored 2-2 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonáš Spěvák, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 61st match minute, Plaňany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Nistor to maneuver through the defense. After 64 minutes, Roman Hřebíček made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Plaňany's Bernard Šefl tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Josef Částka hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Roman Hřebíček struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Bernard Šefl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ac Sparta praha. After some careless play in the Ac Sparta praha defense, Martin Noga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonáš Spěvák. The Ac Sparta praha fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonáš Spěvák should have stopped the shot. Jonáš Spěvák took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Noga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ac Sparta praha fully deserved thier win.
